Support for key workers and essential services
Our Vines of Redhill & Vines of Guildford Centres are available to support the community with breakdown recoveries & essential services for key workers only. We are operating a drop off centre, Monday through to Friday, between 9h00-15h00.
We want to reassure all visitors and staff that we have taken extra precautions to ensure our hygiene standards are even more rigorous during this time.
Some key steps we have taken:
· We are applying safe distancing principles for your comfort and adopting a no handshake policy.
· Increased deployment of hand sanitizers and wipes within the business.
· Encouraging best practice handwashing
· We will ensure that if your vehicle is in with our Service Department, it is thoroughly cleaned to reduce the risk of spreading any bacteria and viruses before it is returned. We strongly advise customers to observe good hand hygiene before entering your vehicle, and once again when you exit your vehicle also.
I need Parts or Accessories
We did consider the provision of a skeleton service for essential services support only, but we felt on balance the safety and wellbeing of our staff was paramount. Therefore, we would look to re-open on the Tuesday 14 April 2020.
Can I book my vehicle in for service and / or repair work for future dates.
Absolutely! We are looking to reopen on Tuesday 14 April, so please feel free to make a future service booking request by emailing us firstname.lastname@example.org
I am due to collect my new vehicle.
Any customers whom are in the process of buying and or collecting their new vehicle, we are unable to facilitate completion of sale and handover of your vehicle until we reopen.
