All carried out as promised but I did have to wait 3 weeks for a free date to carry out the service.
The whole experience was painless...except the cost!
There were problems and delays however the team made it right in the end.
Everything is perfect.

car wasn't ready when i came to pick it up but the Saturday sales assistant corrected the issue by having the car delivered the next week. Not all sales people had authority/information to assist so was left waiting for 1 hour.

Friendly but still waiting to hear about tyre insurance claim - 2 weeks- and inside of NSF passenger door trim appears to have been damaged at some stage.
Again, excellent service with detailed explanations about what was done on car.
I would have given it a 5, except that when I got back into the car to leave there was a warning light and message that then had to be resolved in the workshop.

I have to book in to get something else looked at, you had it all day so I would have been better to investigate everything.

Had booked in to leave but offered a fast track service which was done in under two hours. Comfortable waiting area and coffee / papers available
Never any question of unnecesary work, I trust Vines will do what is necessary in order to maintain reliability. This has been faultless. The free valet was much appreciated.
I was told the service would take 1 1/2 hours and so I decided to wait. In the end, it took 2 3/4 hours.
The service centre forgot to reset the service indicator, again. I had to ask to have this done.
Gave me false alarm information and marked an alloy
Kept to schedule and were able to collect my car so that it did not impact on my business.

I dropped the car off for a recall at 8:50am and agreed a pick up time at 4pm. The car was not ready until 6:15pm. I later discovered they did not begin work on my car until 3:40 only 20 minutes before the pick up time.
Nothing was found wrong with the car, which was a little surprising
Although the service was carried out well we had 3 problems;- The lift from Gatwick was never organised,- We had to wait an hour for a car to move before we could leave.- The outside of the car was filthy having been sat for a week.
The only criticism I can make is that I always take my car in for 09:00hrs on MOT and servicing day and it is never ready by 17:00hrs.
Although I was given some money off some additional works as compensation for my inconvenience by having the vehicle attend the garage three times I would rather have had the issue resolved if not on the initial inspection but on the follow up visit.
The only item which was not corrected was the damaged number plate on delivery. The new one is at least straight, but also damaged.
Easy booking with service all completed on time.
Great service from the salesman James Connelly, who was very patient when we were deciding on what car to get, we returned to him when decision made rather than go to our local dealership because of the customer service he gave.
Job well done - took longer than anticipated but they were very accomodating of both me any my Labrador so all good.

My car was not cleaned properly inside and the rear boot which I was expecting it to be by BMW.
The quotation given to carry out the works was different to the more expensive figure on the day. I have been in contact but my last message has not been returned. The initial response was not actually correct, as the works were quoted for originally
Very slow helping with problem.Only seem to have one member of staff to help(who is on holiday),and we are very distressed about the paint issue.
The service staff are very good, the only problem is the girls on the reception who do not relay messages to service staff

Tyre warranty, does not work for used vehicles. But Vines have now cancelled the policy.

The courtesy car i requested wasn't linked to the work i had requested. However the service manager went out of his way to rectify the problem.
Please see above responseUpon arrival I told the member of staff that my husband had been told that BMW had told him that the car needed something doing to the exhaust (recall) he was totally unaware of this and I had to ask my husband to phone him
Courtesy car provided whilst replacement gearbox fitted and thorough under vehicle inspection provided and put on video. Such inspection showed up a faulty front wheel bearing which was also replaced under warranty.
this was my first service at BMW Gatwick. All went well. Easy to schedule the service and replacement car which I have cancelled in the end. Kept up to date with the progress of work being carried out on my vehicle.

The service was fine. Cost estimation was fine if somewhat eye watering. Customer interface was less so. We were kept waiting at service reception when there seemed to be plenty of staff about and had to ask for attention. car was not ready anyway.
I am a little concerned that, following the recent service, the engine seems to be ticking over more noisily than before. I have not yet reported this as I wanted to see if it improved but my wife and I both agree that this is still the case.
They were very helpful but as the fault was intermittent they were unable to fix anything

service was good but they said the car was ready at mid afternoon but was not ready until 5:30. I have a 4 year lease through a finance arrangement chris barrett said he would email me but hasnt got back to me
Costs for even small jobs are astronomical, I work in a nationally critical IT environment and dont charge anywhere close to your labour costs.
Booking which was made over the phone wasn't in the system. As a matter of course, you should e-mail confirmation of bookings. Even my barbers do that.Situation resolved by service desk without fuss.
I was met by friendly people. The service was easy to fit and the service staff were very helpful, even to changing the time of my service
I always feel there is room for improvement.
The service customer representative kept me informed regularly of how my issue was being dealt with.
This is more due to the fact of the service I received from Enterprise, when I called the BMW emergency service, I was told that I would have a courtesy car that evening, however this did not happen. I had to chase it up the following day.
Car returned when promised and nicely valeted.
Very impressed with the last MOT and service, especially the gentleman who picked up and delivered back the car. It appeared at the door unexpectedly and I wished I had time to think about giving him a tip! Will rectify that at some point.

This is probably picky but all previous new cars I have bought provided a full tank of fuel. This one was just over half full.

Product knowledge of salesman was poor and he was not v fluent with interactive tool. Also I had to chase to find out about delivery date. Service when I collected the car of the standard I would expect from BMW.
