Both Nick and Nina provide exceptional service.
Although the problem was resolved, I was not advised that the computer re-boot would loose all my pre-set information.
Names to mention are Nick and duncan. Both extremely focused on customer service. Nick especially took the lead role in managing my ongoing 3 series leak issue through to resolution. Words cannot adequately convey my thanks for that.
Always treated well while waiting for my car
I arrived to pick my car up at the agreed time. My 'personal representative' left as my cane in, and I had to wait 40 minutes.
As usual the Reception staff were excellent and I felt well looked after.
My car needed an MOT and fortunately with my car being serviced by Vines ,it passed without a problem .

My other car is a Ford and I am consistently treated better and receive better customer care at their Service Garage. At Vines it is very difficult to contact the service rep (always engaged), the recent car lounge app doesn't get responded to

I was looked after by Jaz on the Service Desk to whom I found both professional & informative, whilst also being friendly & helpful at all times.

It was a surprise regarding the diagnosis, which whilst great news that not evidently leaking at the time of inspection, (and saving myself significant expense), from the VHC the visit before, it implied it was urgent, so contradiction is unsettling.

Very good price, extremely good service by the Service Adviser. The only thing I can criticise is that I had a few very light scratches on some of the interior piano black trim, which I didn't notice before my visit (but I may have missed them before
The service department were brilliant in taking extra care with my M2 when it went in for its first service. I dealt with Duncan through out the whole process and I would be pleased if you could pass on my thanks to him.
The tyre pressure check not done on switch to Winter wheels & tyres with 3.1 bar front left, 2.9 front off side, 2.4 bar rear near side and 2.8 off side rear, making the handling unstable. Spoke to Service manager & my 2nd car was done properly.
The costs you quoted for work were too high and I had to keep chasing you for basic answers/progress updates.

During my visit I explicitly pointed out that I didn't want marketing contact. I called to complain about the 12 deals of Christmas email I received a few days later. I am still waiting for the promised contact from a manager.
Delivering the car to you was good with Duncan being very helpful, its a sham it was not the same when collecting the car.

I brought the car in with a problem with spotify and some of the other computer based issues. as I understand it the car software was reloaded and Spotify was completely wiped. so now I have to bring it back again. There was also a long wait.
I was keep informed on the service to my car and had a video report sent to my phone while I was waiting.

The car was recalled but didn't require a replacement part (are BMW not able to tell this from their information systems)? I was disappointed that the car still shows a service is due in 1000 miles when only recently serviced.

Duncan and I live in the same village and he offered to take the car in for service to save me the time and inconvenience. He then duly returned the car back to me at the end of the day. What more could I ask for.

I booked a wheel that needed to be changed and they had the wrong one. I was meant to be out at 12pm but ended at 3pm. I wish the wright wheel had arrived specially when I booked it a month in advance and that I was offered a replacement car.
booked online, yet they did not know I was coming, spent 3 hours in the service centre waiting for brake fluid change, c it now video and check, plus a wash??

The car delivered had one option missing from my specification. The car was delivered with the incorrect registration plates fitted. One of the options fitted does not work. The dealership is the worst I have ever experienced.
I had to accommodate John's diary for pick-up since the eariliest possible day was a non-working day for him. The BMW Genius, though booked, was suddenly not available on the day. This tutorial session is still to be arranged.
