They fixed the latest issues, though it took over twice as long as I was told it would, meaning I was late for a subsequent meeting.

It would have been 5 stars if the person who booked me in on the day I dropped the car off hadn't said 'We can't do that' when I presented my voucher for a valet, which I had arranged to be done when I'd originally booked the car in

Do feel that certain members of the service department could do with brushing up on their people skills and acknowledging a customers presence.
Claire dealt with me on the day & was fantastic, really helpful & very professional.
Waited very long with no explanation. No call made when one was promised - I had to phone to find out about progress. I was asked whether I want the car at a specific time, said yes, and then nothing happened.
Access and parking is a mess. Was told on booking service and on checkin in that I could purchase a 3 year voucher to cover services for a fixed fee. Was later refused this, although car had only done 7300 miles. 10 minute wait to check in.
A malfunctioning seat belt pressure pad was not immediately available and will be fitted at my next service.

Handling of checking in service needs is never very efficient. This time it was through lady on reception and I had to fill in details that I know were already in the (IT) system. In past feedback on what has actually been done is not freely offered.
Colin is always very good with details, communication and general banter. Communication from the service department has improved tenfold in recent years
The only hitch is vines now refusing to take credit card payment on the phone. This is a convenience that should be restored

I originally booked the car for the service while you fly, but the car was not collected from Gatwick airport while I was away. I therefore had to take the car to Vines myself the following day. The work done whilst there was fine.

See previous comment. Think staff were strained to be honest, had too many cars to deal with and too many owners to ring at end of day.
To be told when I called, on the 4th August, that I could be booked in on 29th I was not impressed. I was then offered 21st in Redhill .When I said the car was going to France on 22nd Luke Morley was contacted at home and got me seen on the 6th.
I bought my M4 competition in as I had an airbag warning light on, not ideal in a car with this amount of power. Vines could not fit me in for 3 weeks after I reported the problem. After having the car for the day light back on so having to rebook
Feel I should have been asked whether I had any vouchers to use. I completely forgot I had one an thus paid £25.00 than I could have on a paint job on 4th Sept 2018

I would have given 5 stars as the service was outstanding but the wait time to get a service booked was over 3 weeks when booking and I was very flexible i.e. Any day any time wait or leave with you.

Waited as had to go to work, was told 45 min- 1hr 30min, it took 2hr 30 min and I received a text informing me it was done when I was sitting in waiting area.

Service was delivered on time, just had to re select some of my personal options that had returned to the factory default.
Booked online but dealership didnt appear to have Record of me booking a waiting time - said it was a system error.Service requirements car was telling me was wrong - key reader said something entirely different
Despite requesting the car be delivered back to me by 4:30pm as I had an evening appointment, the car arrived at 6:10pm! Despite chasing at 5:20pm when I was assured it was out for delivery, and again at 5:55pm.
the air con regas took considerably longer than i was advised.

I wasn't rung about my cars MOT, and it wasn't done till 10 minutes before closing even after multiple rings by me asking about it at 4pm and 5pm. And they had my car all day, and i took off a day of work for it. Service and MOT was good still tho.
I was very satisfied with my recent service experience at Vines. I was supplied with a courtesy car and sent a video of the mechanic checking the underside of the vehicle and giving a commentary on what he was doing.
Very professional service throughout. The centre kept me informed and updated.
Easy to book service, good quality courtesy car was provided on request and work carried out to a high standard. Not cheap, but fair price.
An hour job ended up taking almost three hours.

Generally excellent sales service. Slightly niggled an extra I emailed about (BMW Professional Speakers) didn't get picked up for discussion/action ... MY FAULT also not to follow up and double check.

The sales negotiation was fair and hassle free, and the delivery was excellent as my sales executive prepared a short video of the vehicle on the day I picked it up to give me a sneak preview
It all went as I wanted and as it was my second purchase of a 3 Series and the same for my wife who will also be sharing the driving. The handover did not treat us as novices and acknowledged our understanding of the new car.
