Mostly positive, car is fantastic and last minute requests were sorted. But car didn't come with full tank of petrol as negotiated and wrong number plate was on car when I went to collect it - number plate was soon changed.

I am concerned though as I asked - is there a new BMWX1 coming out for 2026 - the answer was, not sure. I think there is a new one. So I have purchased a 2025 model that will be devalued, potentially, for the coming years when I come to resale.

Martin kept us up to date all the way through. We hadn't realised before we came in August, that production was soon stopping of this model but he made us aware straight away. He understood that we had not intended to buy until next spring.

brilliant service. When I picked up the car I wanted info on the finance - the service employee, rather than tell me to go to another desk, went to get full print out (he was tall, 20s, blond). Then Igor(?) from bodywork was great in explaining issue

Charged 1 hrs investigating when I already told you what was wrong with the car. Free health check that brought up more issues which are issues it seems with bmw rather that anything done yet wanted to charge £14890 for a new dial cluster.

The centre was fantastic in sorting out my warranty replacement headlight. Unfortunately I had a minor issue on collection with the bumper not being refitted properly after this work, but this was resolved fully the next day.

The car originally went in for one day on 22nd December but the repair did not take place until 29 - 30th December. In the interim I was loaned a two door BMW 220 but over Christmas was ferrying elderly people for my Mother's 100th birthday party.
