it was very bad experience at Wines Crawley , booked for the investigate the noise while driving , and asked them check the rear left light , even though light was working but was showing the error . so now they charged me £150.00 to investigate

Was just a MOT booking. Took nearly 3 and a half hours and I was early by another hour, in the end up being there for more than 4 hours for a simple MOT on an electric vehicle which should probably not take more than 30 minutes.

I booked my car in to have trim rattles rectified. The technician Daniel did an excellent job, solving the problem and taking me through the solution in great detail. He also spotted another issue that I hadn't which he then resolved. Great service.

The communication and updates before, during, and after the input were clear and helpful with contents from technicians on how to get the best job performed. I was quite upset to hear BMW can't perform alignment due to wheel studs however.

On start up there's a rattling sound which sounds like something's worked loose in the engine bay, which was reported at check-in. It's still there - but the team couldn't hear it during the service. Shame.

Went for a battery recall. All of the tabs on the boot toolkit cover (battery sits under entire panel) were either bent or broken after. Shows a complete lack of care and a total disregard for customers' cars.

Was charged £80 to adjust headlight beam with service (which cost £500!) I asked why I was being charged and was told they move when hitting potholes! I explained they have been like it since new. Emailed to enquire as told, but no reply.
