I was sent a message asking why I wanted the software update which was to deal with a Bluetooth phone connection issue. Your UK hub advised that a software update was required by a main dealer as you couldn't do it remotely as many were required.

Second time that I've asked for a quote involving parts, on 2 different cars, and not received one. I had the work done elsewhere (brake light bulb replacement this time) as its not my job to chase for a quote. The service was done Vines no problem

Very convenient and helpful, however have contacted Callum who sent us the vehicle health check video as we have noticed our 118d msport badge has been removed from the boot of the car. We'd like it to be reapplied/replaced if possible.

On this occasion i was unfortunately a bit disappointed. My car was scheduled to be serviced and washed, only one of two things was done. The car was handed back unwashed which, given the current hose pipe ban, was frustrating and annoying.
