The automated payment system didn't work which meant I ended up being charged twice. This was resolved by a service agent (who was very helpful to be fair) but still frustrating to have to deal with

Bhaven Marargi was able to provide two cars for me to test drive at short notice (60 mins). Helpful and informative with a no nonsense approach.
