Well what can I say. Fantastic to be able to speak to a dealer that knows his cars and explains everything fully.he bent over backwards to locate a suitable car for me.

Extremely pleased this is now the 2nd time I have put Steven Williams under pressure but he turned the car around in less than 24 hours, I have had more than 2 BMWs - but Steven goes the extra mile, he even looked after my father who is over 70

it is extremely difficult, particularly on modern complicated cars to physically check if servicing has been carried out correctly and it may just be my imagination but my car appeared to run a little smoother and a little sweeter afterward.

I was asked if I wanted a service wash, and I stated I did, but this did not happen and the vehicle was given back to me unwashed.
