Whilst they spent a long time looking at the car they weren't able to find any fault. However, the car seems to be running much better now so I do wonder whether some diagnostic findings and changes have contributed to this

Great customer service - a call before I took the car in so that they fully understood the problem, which they resolved. Friendly, courteous and efficient service when I arrived to collect the car.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They tried their hardest to find the fault with the car, however it appears to be an inconsistent electrical issue, which did not present itself at the time of diagnosis.

as above and when the wheel issue was found they extended the time i had the courtesy car with no hassle, and got a replacement wheel sorted to enable me to pick up the car the next day

The 2 issues were sorted on my vehicle so easily. It was booked in for a Tuesday and then kept until the Wednesday when the parts could be fitted. Really good organisation and easy.

The process was smooth from the moment that I requested the service through to the collection on completion. The service team were polite, attentive and provided all of the information that I requested and indeed needed to be satisfied.
Good virus protection arrangement for drop off and pick up of car. Kept informed on status of service. Was easy to book the service online. They contacted me in advance to advise the cars online telemetry advised the sevice was due.

The service advisor was very helpful with fixing the issue on my car, he kept me updated every step of the way and helped with getting a courtesy car big enough to accommodate my family.
The recall was conducted on the date agreed and the car returned by 11am so minimal inconvenience. The car was returned washed and vacuumed which was very much appreciated, as was the video and paperwork covering the underside, tyre and brake check.
Excellent engagement and follow up with the customer. I was regularly updated with progress and issues both by email and by phone. The car was picked up and returned to me in a timely fashion.

Even buying two cars this time and during covid was a complete joy
It's obviously difficult with Covid but handover was very efficient. The only thing that wasn't was paying for extras in the parts centre and then wheel insurance in the dealership itself. One payment instead of 2 would be better although I know why.
Strange times buying the car on a click and collect basis. Alan made is very simple and even sent me a video of my new car showing the various features. Excellent idea.
