It's always nice to hear from our customers on their experience with Vines and our staff. Thank you Mr Chenapa for your valuable feedback.
Dear Sirs,
Having recently taken delivery of my 12th new BMW from Vines Gatwick (this time an X5) I just wanted to take the opportunity to reiterate how satisfied I am with the complete service I receive from Giles and his team.
On the Service side Elliott Todd has once again surpassed all expectations by sourcing both a replacement wing mirror glass and a new 20" tyre for my previous X6 within hours of me arriving at the Dealership. Both were fitted within a 3 hour window, whilst I was chauffeured home by one of his colleagues and duly collected in order to collect my vehicle later that day.
Two weeks later I have admittedly chosen to part exchange that X6 for a new X5 - which I simply couldn't resist in the showroom. Carly Price and Clive Vaughan have once again dealt with the sale promptly, efficiently and have made the buying experience everything that it should be in terms of being made to feel valued as a regular customer whilst still maintaining that same 'experience' of buying a new BMW, that I recall from many years previous.
I trust that positive feedback is treated with the same importance as any negative comments you may receive. And cannot stress enough what a positive impact Vines must have on your Brand.
Having spoken to several colleagues here in the City who have had rather negative experiences with BMW Dealerships. I think it is far too easy to overlook the fact that whilst they may not be doing a 'bad' job, they are certainly not going the extra mile like Vines to differentiate them/you from the competition.
