Did all what was expected
Tyre warranty, does not work for used vehicles. But Vines have now cancelled the policy.
The courtesy car i requested wasn't linked to the work i had requested. However the service manager went out of his way to rectify the problem.
Please see above responseUpon arrival I told the member of staff that my husband had been told that BMW had told him that the car needed something doing to the exhaust (recall) he was totally unaware of this and I had to ask my husband to phone him
Professional and friendly staff with everything done to the agreed timescale.
Courtesy car provided whilst replacement gearbox fitted and thorough under vehicle inspection provided and put on video. Such inspection showed up a faulty front wheel bearing which was also replaced under warranty.
this was my first service at BMW Gatwick. All went well. Easy to schedule the service and replacement car which I have cancelled in the end. Kept up to date with the progress of work being carried out on my vehicle.
The service was fine. Cost estimation was fine if somewhat eye watering. Customer interface was less so. We were kept waiting at service reception when there seemed to be plenty of staff about and had to ask for attention. car was not ready anyway.

I am a little concerned that, following the recent service, the engine seems to be ticking over more noisily than before. I have not yet reported this as I wanted to see if it improved but my wife and I both agree that this is still the case.
They were very helpful but as the fault was intermittent they were unable to fix anything
Costs for even small jobs are astronomical, I work in a nationally critical IT environment and dont charge anywhere close to your labour costs.
service was good but they said the car was ready at mid afternoon but was not ready until 5:30. I have a 4 year lease through a finance arrangement chris barrett said he would email me but hasnt got back to me

I was met by friendly people. The service was easy to fit and the service staff were very helpful, even to changing the time of my service
Booking which was made over the phone wasn't in the system. As a matter of course, you should e-mail confirmation of bookings. Even my barbers do that.Situation resolved by service desk without fuss.
The service customer representative kept me informed regularly of how my issue was being dealt with.

This is more due to the fact of the service I received from Enterprise, when I called the BMW emergency service, I was told that I would have a courtesy car that evening, however this did not happen. I had to chase it up the following day.
Car returned when promised and nicely valeted.
Very impressed with the last MOT and service, especially the gentleman who picked up and delivered back the car. It appeared at the door unexpectedly and I wished I had time to think about giving him a tip! Will rectify that at some point.

Service was good, booking in was easy and a replacement vehicle was made available from Enterprise. However I have an X3 and the replacement was a 3 series sedan; I had to make some adjustments accordingly for a planned trip to Hampshire.

I really cant fault service. Recently had my own car serviced and my wifes car repaired after minor bump. Staff are always helpful particularly Duncan Rose as always. It is a significant factor in my buying choice.

Could have done with someone contacting me as discussed and promised regarding the cost of new front tyres, but apart from that, a very easy service.
Although there was a problem and a loan car was to be offered as I needed my car to take my parents in holiday they sorted the issue that late afternoon
I was not kept waiting and the young lady that looked after me was polite and had a sense of houmour as well. Sorry I can not recall her name. I was given a clean coutesy car. All the areas that I wanted BMW to look were noted down and attended to.
Colin Lishmund kept me informed of the progress of my BMW, also arranged for the Tyre replacement for the MOT (pothole damage). They arranged this with the Tyre Insurance Warranty Co I had taken out with Marshall's BMW, Salisbury for such an event.
Computer not reset so now I have to bring the car all the way back to have it reset. In the meantime I have the overdue service warning on all the time!

I was given an estimated time for the service of my vehicle as 2 hours I decided to wait at the dealership. The servicing took 4 hours and whilst I was given some discount on the cost, this took a large chunk from my weekend which is precious to me
Helpful and approachable - Duncan in particular particularly good. Collected and delivered car at fairly short notice . (Unlike Sytner Swansea who seem to have stopped collecting and delivering - and I quote - "for customer convenience")

Please see the above - you had my car all day for MOT and left it too late for a required tire to be fitted. And even though you where open and you knew I had gone next door to get a tore the MOT certificated mechanic had decided to depart
Problem resolved in a short time without any fuss
Vines managed to MOT the vehicle within 24 hrs.
It seems nothing was done to my car the letter I received showed all the issues the problem has caused the only changed some plastic and left the battery terminal loose that was shorting out the car I called and received no apology
Waiting for the car to be cleaned was a painful wait would have been better to let me know to collect the car when it was completely finished with.

Service levels used to be poor here but could not fault this visit. The service dept also handled a bulb charge for my partner while we waited at no notice.

I constantly needed to check progress and question the logic of what I was being told because the service and MOT teams didn't speak to each other.
My car overheated during the MOT resulting in coolant loss. This was not mentioned.Also my odometer lost one mile (how I don't know) leading me to believe my car was tampered with. Maybe there's a rational explanation and I'm being too sinical.
The MOT was done at the time booked, while I waited. I was able to work on my laptop. Tea, coffee and biscuits were available. The car was washed.
Product knowledge of salesman was poor and he was not v fluent with interactive tool. Also I had to chase to find out about delivery date. Service when I collected the car of the standard I would expect from BMW.
