I constantly needed to check progress and question the logic of what I was being told because the service and MOT teams didn't speak to each other.
My car overheated during the MOT resulting in coolant loss. This was not mentioned.Also my odometer lost one mile (how I don't know) leading me to believe my car was tampered with. Maybe there's a rational explanation and I'm being too sinical.
The MOT was done at the time booked, while I waited. I was able to work on my laptop. Tea, coffee and biscuits were available. The car was washed.

This is the second time I am giving my car to Vines Gatwick and I am impressed with the service. The only thing which would have put me off when they said they cannot offer drop off and pick up from home; however later they offered me that service.

the young lady in the service dept Claire Dendy looked after meshe rang every step of the way whilst my car was being repaired excellent service Nick was also very good in explaining the technical side of what occurred to my car
The care was excellent, but, one of the service advisors asked me why I had brought the car in early for a service as it wasn't due till 19000 milesI explained that a warning had appeared on the screen telling me it was due at 12000 miles

I would say completely satisfied, except that I was expecting some kind of report of the MOT results as well as the certificate, which I didn't think of at the time! I got the MOT certificate, but on other cars I have received a completed checklist?
Having moved my business from Chandlers to Vines I was very happy with the service I received. My only criticism was the severe lack on parking on site.

Car was towed to Vines by RAC. Spoke to service advisor Simon Downs. He was very helpful, answered all my questions gave me realistic time scales for repair.
My car failed its MOT, I was quoted £1500 to fix it. My local garage did the jobs for £250 to the same level of quality and it turned out that some jobs didnt need to be done and werent a fail. I felt you were dishonest. Will never use you again.

I will only be able to answer this when I have completed a long drive to ascertain that the EGR change hasn't adversely affected the MPG.
Once they have sealed the deal selling u car they dnt want to know you when you have problems. Poor very poor
My car was recovered by the recovery company but then I was told I had to collect it from the garage. It should be a joined up service. This eventually happened.
I bought the cheapest car that you had at the time but I feel that I was treated the same as if I was buying a new "top of the range" model. Everyone was polite and friendly.
The work was done on time and there was great communication to me as the customer.
Would have been nice to know exactly what work was carried out during the running in service
We've had a continuing problem with the tire pressure sensors which I think has now been resolved
I was initially booked in to the wrong dealership despite using the phone number of the correct dealership
On the whole the staff were helpful in resolving problems
Almost everything resolved first time, still a slight issue with the Bluetooth and gum on the carpet not removed.
I wasn't told in advance of the need to be available to test drive and no-one was available at 07:30. Problem unresolved. Next visit, the tech chatted to me clearly recognising the problem I was describing and not needing a test drive. Poor U-exp

1)Suggested I wait whilst this small service (1hr) was carried out - but the waiting time was over 3 hours and noone checked in with me to let me know why the delay2) I asked why 2 year service showing as due when it was not - not followed up on
Great service staff, Nick and your apprentice service adviser were very professional.
The initial diagnosis and arrival for repair were excellent. Parking was the only issue. I was disappointed that the repair took much longer than anticipated and I had to chase up for news. The receptionist did not return my calls.
It did take two visits to sort it, which did surprise me given the number of E70 models that need updating that no parts are in stock when the check has been done.
I've used Vines for three services since moving to the area and every time I'd had issues- Loan car requested not available- No oil in the car after the service- No one to check the car in for service- No updates on service
Works undertaken as said, good customer service - overall completely issue free.
Service was carried out with no issues to report.
Did everything requested on time plus cleaned some paint smudges from the leather seats.It is very difficult to find a parking space though!

They sent me a video showing a poor body shop repair, which caused the new problem! I used their video and the poor repair was fixed by the Body shop!
As above still waiting to hear when issue going to be fixed or replaced.
Again, although a better experience than in the summer, there were still issues arising from the service experience in that the wrong part had been painted even though the correct part was invoiced. The service advisor was apologetic and helpful.

The problem with my car was resolved quickly, I was kept updated throughout the process and I was given a very nice courtesy car that suited my needs.
It is unusual in this day and age to have a company that seems to still have integrity and ethics when it comes to the product and the service.

This was only a call back item that had to be done!!!!
When I picked up the car and asked for a run through the charges, the customer service guy seemed unsure at first and had to confer with colleagues in order to explain the break-down. Overall, service was great; would have been 100% if not for this
After dealing with this centre for the past 5 years, this was the first time i had been told about the "collect from home" service and this was only after I had made the journey to Gatwick. Not really very helpful
Because I have no complaints, I.e. service done on time, cargoes and looks well, staff polite, efficient and cheerful.
they did take ownership of the problem but i am still waiting to be reimbursed

I've given you this answer so that you are aware of my complete dissatisfaction. I'm not even interested in having any further contact with any of you. Disgraceful customer service, I don't want anything more to do with Vines Gatwick.
Staff are very polite and respectful. When I rang to book my car in for its first oil change I was offered a service plan which I accepted. My credit card details were even taken on the phone but apparently this info was not passed on.
It should be an easy drop off and pick up and it is not.

You could not provide a courtesy car.You took far longer to do the service than initially advised, knowing what had to be done. You even said you were short staffed that day.
I was advised that I should return the car to the dealer it was purchased from to continue the investigation. It was also suggested that the cause of the issue was that my car had been involved in an accident and poorly repaired.

Great service, very helpful, my 4th car I have bought off James Connelly, he has always been very good on information, communication and helpful when I have ever needed it.
Before the purchase and during the purchase, the people we dealt with were very helpful and provided a great service. The big disappointment was on the handover day, it was not the special event it should have been and you didn't treat us well.

The sales person James Connelly was incredibly good from outset to delivery. Ease of contact. Returned calls and emails. Answered queries. Chase delivery. Delay with any issues.
On handover day the car on the day was well presented and the salesperson who had worked with us sat with us in the car and talked us through its features. He had already set up some of its features for us and helped us set up the Connected Drive.
Sales person Lauren Evans was supper helpfully and responsive, made the purchase very easy. A pleasure to deal with.

My needs were met and I was kept informed during the manufacturing process. Handover went well and I am really happy with my purchase. The only minor negative point was that one of the two keyfobs was fairly scratched when I got them.
