It was difficult to get in touch with a person who knew when the car was ready for pick up. More staff should be able to responsed to this type of question.
Car was repaired, pick up was hassle free. It would nice if the car washed properly though, I noticed swirl marks on the paint following collection.
As above, always impressed with any contact with the garage.
Although I was provided with a measurement for my brake pads, the measurement didn't tell me how long I had left with the brake pads and there was no advice on when they should be replaced.
It all went very smoothly, even though the car wasn't finished on the day.
Fairly happy even though service and mot took all day rather than it would be completed by 1pm as my car was there from 8.30am
Booking straightforward, car was collected and returned in stated time range. Negatives were that car was returned with tyre pressures needing to be checked and reset and all radio settings etc had been lost (no mention of radio loss etc at drop off)
On reflection not entirely sure what work was carried out - 50000 mile service & MOT.At home I checked oil and coolant levels - both needed topping up.

Not sure why the 'service' indicator now tells me that the next service is '11/2011' ? Before the car went to Vines it was reading sometime in the future. Seems to have reverted to year I bought the car.
No problems. I was kept informed. Work carried out was explained clearly.

Expensive oil service
They carried out the recall work within the identified time scale and my car was presented back to me, nicely cleaned inside and out. All performed with a smile and at no cost.

Apart from the waiting (9 hours over 2 weekends) all well and good
It was simple to book, easy to drop the car off and the work was punctually completed. I was kept informed as the work progressed too.

Great service, did exactly what they said and looked after me while I waited and worked.
Dropped off; got a call to say it was done; picked the car up. Easy!
Apart from the normal service work I also had body work repair done to my rear bumper. I was disappointed that no one came out with me to the car to ensure my satisfaction. A little thing maybe to you but a big thing for me as a customer.
I opted for the service and wait option. I was advised on arrival that the car was subject to a recall. I had not previously been advised by any medium. I was told that the car would be needed for a full day for this issue and I would need to book

The post service wash and vacuum of my car was at best adequate. I wouldnot have been happy if I had paid seperately for the valet. Also thevideo of the examination of my car was lost and I had to take the carback to be done again.
Duncan could not have been more helpful or professional. He is a credit to the team and only wish more people could be like him.

Visual inspection and mot made different comments on my tyres which left me unsure what needed doing. This resulted me in having to speak to another member of the team on a different day.I had to return as the computer in my car had not been reset
All the work due to be done was not completed so necessitating a second visit.
When I booked the service I was led to believe that I would only have to wait one and a quarter to one and a half hours for the work to be completed. However, on the day I ended up waiting over two and a half hours at the dealership.
Polite, professional and efficient manner plus the car is running very well.
Everything that was planned was executed exactly i.e. collection and return of vehicle and work carried out.
There is some damage to a window trim that while outside the warranty period, i thought BMW would repair as a gesture of good will... they said no good will.
Issue resolved and managed at my convenience with replacement vehicle provided to allow me to continue without my car for 1 week

I left the car with you around 9:30am and agreed a pickup time of 5pm. I arrived a little early at 16:30 to be told work had not started on the car and was given the choice of arranging another day or waiting until 18:00. Not good!
Job was done in the timescale given.I was advised via text when the car entered the workshop but received no further notifications. Paperwork was not available when I collected the car. This was not typical of the usual service received

Prompt collection and good comms
I delivered the at 08:00 with two fault codes showing on the diagnostics. When I called at 1:30pm to check on status the car had not been moved to the workshop. Only one cause, i.e. one fault, was addressed and the other only cleared from memory.
Everything went like clockwork. An excellent service.
From I called with my problem to I got the quote this took more than 8 days. I called
